Alisa Hewett is the “Ms Consistent” of the Buildcorp Wallaroos, having been a crucial part of the tight five since her debut. The lock has also had a success off the Rugby field, on the athletics track having made representative athletic teams at both state and national levels. Hewett is one of the three ADF personnel to play for Australia and balances her study, Defence work and Rugby commitments across the year.

Hewett was selected to represent Australia at the International Women’s Rugby Series in New Zealand.

Hewett’s leadership was strong presence on the field for the Wallaroo’s against the Black Ferns in the 2018 New Zealand Series. In game one, Hewitt skilled shone yet again when she scored an impressive try set up teammate Emily Chancellor, being the only try scorer for Australia that game.

Hewett joins the Buildcorp Wallaroos again this test season lining up against Japan in July.
