Hailing from Maitland in NSW, Riordan is currently a member of the Australian Defence Force, serving within the Army.  Riordan has played in the centres and at fullback and her skills make her a versatile option for the Buildcorp Wallaroos.

Riordan made her debut for Australia against New Zealand at Eden Park where she started at fullback where she was recognised as a vital cog in the Wallaroos armoury – and one of the team’s best defenders.

Was selected in the Buildcorp Wallaroos squad for the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup where Australia finished the tournament in sixth position.

Injury cruelled Riordan’s chances in Buildcorp Wallaroos camp in Canberra when a freak accident from a team celebration injured her ankle, ruling her out for the remainder of the New Zealand Series.
