Newcastle product Layne Morgan is an electric scrumhalf who made her Wallaroos debut against Fijiana in 2022 before a World Cup appearance a few months later.
Morgan only took up rugby as a sport in 2017, excelling in the Sevens arena before moving to 15s, where quickly cemented her spot in the Wallaroos squad.
Morgan was pivotal in the Waratahs’ success in the Super Rugby Women's while there in 2018-2024 and notched her 25th cap for the Wallaroos recently.
Off the field and Morgan is passionate about nutrition and fitness while she also works as a mathematics teacher.
