Newcastle product Layne Morgan is an electric scrumhalf who made her Wallaroos debut against Fijiana in 2022. She only took up Rugby as a sport in 2017, excelling in the Sevens arena before moving to 15s, where quickly cemented her spot in the Test team. Morgan was pivotal in the Waratahs’ recent success in the Super W and is a player to build the team around in the future. Off the field and Morgan is passionate about nutrition and fitness while she also works as a maths teacher.
