Manu'a Moleka is a promising young talent who has come through the junior rugby system in both 7s and XVs.

A standout prodigy from Hills Sports High, Moleka is the younger sister of Wallaroo Faitala Moleka.

She joined Manly in 2024 to seize new opportunities and showcase her talent playing Open First Grade rugby for the Mermaids. Moleka was named the NSW CHS Player of the Tournament, earning her a spot in the NSW CHS 7s Team.

Her leadership qualities shone through as she was later selected as Co-Captain of the Australian School Girls team.

She was a key player in the victorious Manly U17s team that claimed the 2024 NSW State 7s Championship, further solidifying her reputation as a rising star in rugby.

She joined the ACT Brumbies in 2025 where she made her Super Rugby Women's debut and was rewarded with selection in the Wallaroos' extended squad for the first Test of the season against Fijiana.

Despite not making the Wallaroos' initial squad for the Women's World Cup in England in 2025, she came in as a late addition to replace the injured Charlotte Caslick.
