Tiarah Minns is a young forward from Victoria who is currently studying to be a physiotherapist.
The talented lock has been on the cusp of Wallaroos selection for some time but suffered a serious knee injury in 2022 and missed the 2023 season.
Minns moved to Sydney midway through the 2024 season to play with Manly and achieved a breakthrough with a Wallaroos debut in Ireland ahead of WXV 2.
She has joined the Queensland Reds for the 2025 season and is eyeing off a maiden World Cup spot at the end of the year.
