Tiarah Minns is a young forward from Victoria who is currently studying at Melbourne University to be a physiotherapist. The talented lock has been on the cusp of Wallaroos selection for some time but suffered a serious knee injury in 2022 and missed the 2023 season. Minns moved to Sydney in 2024, playing for the Manly Marlins, before being selected for the WXV squad in September.
